I know you’ve got questions. Let’s get you some answers.

Which fertility awareness method is this?

The sympto-hormonal method as taught by FEMM, based on tracking cervical mucus and LH testing

(Yup. That’s it. No early morning thermometer reads or cervical checks 🥴 we’re all about simplicity here and making life EASIER, not harder)

I track my period in an app, isn't that the same thing?

Not quite. Your period is a part of your cycle, not the whole thing. You’ve got pre-ovulatory, ovulatory, and post-ovulatory phases and a whooole lotta hormone changes happening from the start of one period to the first day of the next one. And by the end of this program, you’ll be an absolute pro in understanding all of it.

Will this help me understand my horrible periods or crazy cycles?

YES! Understanding your hormones = first step to getting to the root cause, finding solutions, and HEALING (cuz guess what, your period doesn’t have to suck!)

Shouldn’t I wait until I’m engaged to learn to chart?

HECK no. It’s time we separate NFP from fertility awareness. This is actually the BEST time for you to begin.

Here’s the thing: charting IS NOT about pregnancy. Its about reading your body’s signs to understand your hormone function, catch imbalances early, and advocate for yourself and TRUST YOURSELF in all your health decisions.

Right now, you’ve got 1). freedom to create new habits, 2). no pressure regarding your current state of health, and 3). space to understand your body’s natural rhythm and patterns without confusion

A better question is, why would you wait any longer?

Why would I pay for a class? Can’t I just read a book and teach myself?

You totally can (I’ll send you a book rec!). But let’s be real, there’s some real challenges to learning it alone.

If you’re the kinda gal who wants someone to:

✨ Help you to understand and navigate the physical and emotional changes in your body

✨ Affirm you and help you get the support you need when symptoms emerge (like acne, anxiety, irregular bleeding, pain, PMS, and weight gain)

✨ An extra pair of eyes to identify indicators of health abnormalities and know when to refer you for diagnosis and treatment

✨ Help you advocate for you and your health

Then this program is exactly what you’re looking for!

What if I’m on birth control, can I learn how to chart?

YES, you can still learn how to chart, but only women off of birth control can chart their own cycles.

Unfortunately, hormonal birth control disrupts a woman’s body’s natural hormones and prevents the body from having a cycle, so no biomarkers (signs like cervical mucus and hormone testing) will be present.

I highly recommend learning to chart before getting off of BC so you’re better able to monitor your cycle, look for ovulation to return, and how to best support your body.

Ok then will learning how to chart help me if i’m looking to get off of BC?

YES! This is the best way to pay close attention to your body to look for the return of ovulation (the star of the show in your cycle!).

I strongly recommend learning to chart before transitioning off of birth control. That way you can take a few weeks to build your charting skills and confidence.

Having the new habit formed will help you focus on what areas you need the most support once you get off.

Look at you, asking great questions. Future you is gonna be real grateful.

I think I might have PCOS or endometriosis, will you be able to diagnose hormonal imbalances?

First of all, I know how stressful it can be, you don’t have to walk this journey alone.

I am trained to identify hormonal imbalances in the cycle, such as noting estrogen imbalances or low progesterone, however, I am not equipped to make medical diagnosis.

As your FEMM teacher, I am equipped to work with you to identify abnormalities in you cycle, and refer to trained FEMM medical providers.

I really want to join but I just can’t afford it right now

Let's make money the LAST thing keeping you from knowing your body. Shoot me an email, we can make it happen!

Gimme 3 reasons why this matters to me, right now.

No nonsense kinda gal, huh? Me too.

1) Learning your cycle will inform you about your body, your hormones, and your overall health.

2) It will empower you to make informed decisions regarding your health and fertility.

3) It will help you identify any warning signs of possible health issues.

Basically, you get to be back in the drivers seat of your own health. Boom. Nailed it.

Hey, I’m Florencia!

So I hopped out of the boat and decided it was time for a new way. Welcome to a holistic, no-nonsense, stoked-to-be-your-biggest-cheerleader, type of wellness.
