อาหารทุกจานมีเรื่องราวซึ่งผมมีความเชื่อว่าอาหารและการกินอยู่ จะบ่งบอกถึงเอกลักษณ์ของแต่ละเชื้อชาติได้ดีที่สุด ผมเป็นคนไทยที่อยากจะเล่าให้ทุกคนบนโลกได้รู้ถึงเรื่องราวของอาหารในประเทศไทยผ่านการเดินทางและการพูดคุยกับคนไทยทั่วโลก

Every dish has a story, which I believe food and eating best represent the identity of each race. I am a Thai who would like to tell everyone on the world the story about food in Thailand through traveling and talking with Thai people around the world.
