PRE-MONTH TAKEOVER

Your lead planner will fully take all planning 30 days prior to your wedding day.
Our three main meetings:
•Vendor Review: A review of your expectations for each vendor and review each of their contracts/insurance if needed.
•Timeline Review: A review of creating a timeline we will customize to your needs and communicate it to the entire team/vendors on your behalf.
•Decor Detail: Where we map everything regarding design
There is unlimited email and scheduled calls with your lead planner to ensure everything gets done prior to your wedding.
•Final venue walkthrough and layout design
•We'll direct your ceremony rehearsal with your wedding party and family one day prior to your wedding.
•Full day coordination on wedding day with lead and assistant planners
•Emergency Day of Kit

30 DAYS OF PLANNING

•You are needing assistance contacting vendors
•You are lost in your vision, and need help narrowing down design
•You are not in a time crunch to coordinate all planning duties the year leading up to your wedding

EVERYTHING THE POPPY INCLUDES PLUS:

Wedding Design which includes:
•Two, 1 hour design meetings (follow up emails/calls as needed)
•Digital Wedding Design Board
Assistance in booking the five key vendors for the wedding aesthetic: rentals, specialty rentals, linens, florist, and invitations
•Once your five key design vendors are booked, design wraps up and we transition you into monthly check in meetings with your Lead Planner
•Goal setting and to-do's to keep you on track for each meeting throughout the planning process so you never fall behind.

90 DAYS OF PLANNING
