Itinerary

Cue Our “Forever Yeung” Wedding Mix!

04:00 - “Gin and Juice” by Snoop Dogg

Cocktail Hour begins!

Make sure to check-in at the “Will Call” welcome table to get your “concert” seat ticket.
Then, head over to the “Merch Booth” to get a little gift bag (bubble wand, light stick, sticker frame, vinyl coaster, and “mint to be” candy), and autograph our guestbook!
Enjoy the Hors d’Oeuvres, hosted bar, games, and music curated by us!

05:30 - “Smile” by Nat King Cole

Start heading downhill to the amphitheater (near the gazebo) around 5:15pm. We’ll take a large group photo with everyone first, then call out for smaller group photos based on the letters written in purple, on the back of your “concert” seat tickets. Some of you will have more than 1 letter called.

Once all your letters have been called, you can head back to the ballroom first to look at the seating chart and find your table!

Your table number is marked on the same ticket, as well as the meal you ordered (under “Gate” section). Leave the ticket on the table for waiters to serve you the correct entree.

06:00 - “Eat” by Zion T

Dinner is served!
We will also have toasts, cake cutting (7pm), a boba station (7-9pm), and a photo booth (7-9pm).

The couple will also walk around to chat and take some photos!

The hosted bar closes at 8pm.

08:30 - “Farewell” by Rihanna

As the night winds down, we will have a little exit celebration for the couple. If you’d like to participate, grab your light sticks from the party favor bag (you can use your bubble wand to blow bubbles instead if you want!) Use the stripe textured button on the bottom to turn the light purple.

Line up to form an aisle for a last hurrah as the couple walks past all their loved ones to end the night!

E & R | Q & A

Since our wedding is music themed, we thought we could talk a little bit about the music we like as well as some fun facts about our relationship in this Q&A!

Q: What was your first concert together?

E: We went to see Disclosure together at the Greek Theater in Berkeley. The light show and production were so mesmerizing! Raymond piggy backed me halfway home because my heels were hurting my feet.

Q: Do you collect physical copies of music?

R: Yes, we have a small vinyl collection! We have a wall display that we change seasonally.

Q: What kind of music do you listen to when you’re working?

R: Instrumental music with a thrumming baseline

E: I like listening to slow & chill electronic music without comprehendible words/lyrics.

Q: What song was played when Raymond proposed?

R: Interstellar Love ft. Leon Bridges, by The Avalanches

Q: What are some artists in your concert bucketlist?

R: St. Vincent, Black Pumas, grouptherapy.
E: Kendrick, Beyoncé, BADBADNOTGOOD

Q: What’s the significance of the songs used for the reception seating chart?

E: Each song reminds us of a time in our relationship, whether it was our jazz crazed phase spurred on by Kids On The Slope, or our heartfelt conversation about growing older inspired by the lyrics in “Yes I’m Changing”, or our initial love confession.
