Mi chiamo Francesca, ho 34 anni, sono nata a Roma ma abito ora in un piccolo e delizioso paesino sul Lago di Bolsena.
Sono un’appassionata di palestra, yoga, danza del ventre, che ho praticato per 14 anni, e soprattutto di bodycare!
Da 7 anni dopo un periodo non proprio bello della mia vita ho iniziato a rivolgere un’attenzione particolare al benessere di tutto il mio corpo, sia dentro che fuori! Ero in un periodo dove la mia mente non voleva accettare e non voleva vedere quanto fossi stanca e stressata..Ma pian piano il mio corpo mi ha cominciato a dare dei segnali per farsi ascoltare: continui mal di testa, mal di pancia, ansia, stanchezza e tanti malesseri fisici.
Dopo visite su visite, ho capito che il mio problema era solo uno: PRENDERMI CURA DI ME!
Ho iniziato quindi a farlo..Ho scelto di mangiare sano, seguendo anche programmi detox, ho iniziato ad allenarmi, ho iniziato a scegliere una giusta integrazione e una corretta idratazione!
