Hey, I’m Freya! I’m a single mom here to share my love for mental wellness, writing, motherhood + positive lifestyle.
I am a 22 year old mom to the apple of my eye, Emelia. I’m also a blogger, mental health advocate, and entrepreneur. Before I became a mom I struggled with depression and anxiety that led me to severe substance abuse. When I found out I was pregnant, I turned my life around for the better. l now find peace by spending time in nature and surrounding myself with the people I love most. Because I still struggle with anxiety, I’m always looking for new ways to better myself. How do we use oils?
