Hi, I’m Zoe
I’m a creative, curly-haired, chronic illness warrior who after navigating life with CFS/ME for 13 years, believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness.
I created Freshly Fatigued after struggling to find products to help me with my sleep and relaxation, and that were also all-natural. So I thought, why not create them myself!
Some other facts about me: I am a twin, I have a degree in Psychology and I love pink (in case you couldn’t tell 😜)
