sharpen: -10

PREQUEL:
blur: 25 (optional)
filter: teal-25
effect: stardust-13,0,0,0

24FPS:
sugar (filter)

VN:
go to "filters" then "adjust" and put
saturation: 100
vibrance: 100
hue: -50 (for purple part)
SAVE THE VIDEO/PHOTO!
go back to VN and make the same things but at hue put -80

CAPCUT:
import the purple video/photo, put on overlay the blue video/photo, go to mask, press split and make the blur!
