Hello! My name is Grace and I am passionate about health and fitness. I began my journey three years ago. I started playing volleyball and fell in love with the sport. Volleyball gave me drive and ambition to pursue something. After playing for 2 years I was in a rough spot. I began having performance anxiety and I felt I could never do enough. I was overworking myself and began under-eating. November of 2020 I began weightlifting and ever since then I haven’t looked back. I had no idea what I was doing but I showed up to the gym and faked it till I made it. Now I just began powerlifting in June of 2021 and I am pursuing a NCSF certification for personal training so I can help others not go through what I went through, learn about nutrition, and fall in love with working out like I did!
