As much as I would love to give you all the information you need in one appointment, it is important to understand that nutrition is not one size fits all. This is why I offer long-term coaching with regular support.
During the initial consult I will collect an in-depth assessment of your nutrition intake, overall health and understand your training demands and goals. I will then provide nutrition education individualised to you.
In our follow ups we will discuss what’s going well, what’s been challenging and continue to build your knowledge about your bodies nutrition needs. By working with me, you’ll learn how to eat to support your active lifestyle, improve your energy levels, and improve your relationship food.

Endurance nutrition coaching
This 12 week, 1:1 coaching is the ideal option for those who have signed up to an event like a marathon or ultra. You’ll be needing advice for multiple aspects of training and performance nutrition to maximise results and avoid fatigue, or worse still, injury.
The endurance package includes:
1x 60 minute initial video appointment
4x 45 minute follow up video appointments (ideally at 9, 6, 4 and 2 weeks before event)
Unlimited email check in
Personalised race day nutrition plan (trialled pre event)
Investment: $600 (or $50 per week)
Follow up pricing available for those who complete the program.
