Initially I created this blog to resurrect a blog I started in college called “Somali Bantu, Alive”, which essentially was dedicated to celebrating the culture and history of our people. Bantuwomxn aims to do the same thing, however, focusing more on the women in the culture. Through a holistic approach of mental, physical and spiritual wellness, I aim to address the issues facing Bantu womxn in our culture and tackle them head on with other Bantu womxn.
