The Podcast

September 2018 saw Gemma Watts launch the Glow Journal podcast, giving listeners a behind the scenes look at the business of beauty. The podcast reached Number 1 on the iTunes Arts Chart within hours of launching and was featured in the Number 1 spot on iTunes’ New & Noteworthy after just two episodes — a position it maintained for two weeks. The Glow Journal podcast has since been picked up by NOVA Entertainment's podcast partner, Acast, and has been hand selected by the Apple team to sit atop their curated collection of 'Influencer' hosted podcasts, sitting in the Number 1 spot and featuring on the Apple Podcasts front page.

Based in Melbourne and launched in 2016, Gemma owns and operates Glow Journal Creative, the content creation subdivision of the Glow Journal brand. The business specialises in copywriting, tone of voice development, branded editorial copy, photography and creative consultation across the beauty, wellness, fashion and design spheres.
