Accountability coaches can help throughout all walks of life, be it business growth, personal goal setting, getting small jobs done that you’ve put off for several years or even holding you accountable to finish that book you’ve been wanting to read.
My focus and passion is ingrained within the health and fitness industry. I started studying to become a personal trainer but have since realized that even though the industry is flooded with PT’s, we still have an excessive amount of people that have joined gyms and that’s as close as they get to becoming healthier, fitter people.
They’ve either barely used their membership or not used it at all, which is why I chose to become a motivator or accountability coach.
My goal is to help you find your IDENTITY then setup the processes and goals to becoming that person you want to identify as, if you want to lead a healthier lifestyle – start thinking, behaving and becoming the person that identifies as a healthier person. The choices you make, validate the IDENTITY you currently have.
Identify as a fit and healthy person and notice the change in mindset when faced with that bag of chips and avocado dip (was a person fav of mine) or the slab of beer that would normally go down in a night or two (on a weekly basis) You start thinking “what would a healthy person do in this situation?” and that is when you consciously make that change in identifying as the person you wish to become.
