Starting off my sophomore year of college at Quinnipiac University, I interned at Nailed It! Media in Los Angeles, CA enhancing the marketing and strategy aspects of various business along with first hand experience interacting as a brand on social media. I loved my time spent in LA, but I wanted to expand my interests into sports.

From there, I spent two years as a Division 1 collegiate strength and conditioning assistant coach working in the field and gaining hands-on experience with athletes. I walked athletes through warm-up exercises, lift sessions, stretches, and rehabilitation work. I also helped plan and deliver workouts, along with adjusting workouts for injured athletes and communicating to the athletic trainers and coaches for updates on their physical abilities. In addition, I aided in the nutrition supplementation for athletes. I have then spent the last few years coaching gymnastics, some at collegiately with Yale University and also at the cub team level in NH and CT.

Those few years were fun while it lasted, and I am now seeking new opportunities combining my interests of sports and business. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management in 2021, and I obtained my MBA in the Spring of 2022. I am very passionate and driven in what I do, and am looking forward to connecting with you more!
