Little stubborn

Three years ago I sat in a stall in Las Vegas, eating what I can only imagine is the greatest bowl of Pho I’ve ever had. I had always cooked and researched ingredients, but never worked on my passion. Fast forward to 2018 and I met a famous chef/TV personality who told me “ I see your food. You’re meant for this”. That year, a home cook with no french culinary training, became a successful menu writer and restaurant co-owner. When I cook, I feel like the soul of the dish is in the harmony of flavors and quality of the ingredients.

Now as a mother, my drive is to create something delicious with an emphasis on clean eating. That trickles into my second love, self-sufficiency. Not only in the kitchen, but showing other mothers how to live their most empowered life. A stubborn drive for my best self is where this platform was born.
