We're Jamie, Tara & Lauren. As female Realtors in the industry, we see that they deserve more. They deserve more than an 85% failure rate, more than brokerages that bled them dry and offered no support, and support to build big businesses.

The only problem? It didn’t exist, 𝘴𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘵 𝘪𝘵.

Our goal: help women in this industry by giving them a safe space, a place to reach their goals, and join a community of other women supporting one another.
