I know the internet and your local gym are crawling with us fitness types spewing all sorts of nonsensical nebulous terms about being able to help you reach your wellness and aesthetic goals with the CLEANIST, MOST EFFICIENT , BEST EVER and somehow ONLY WORTHWHILE workout and nutrition plans. Watch out for anyone saying their way is the only way (don’t feed the narcissists!).
I’m here to call bullshit on these sweat “experts”. If my decade + of experience in the fitness underground has taught me anything, it’s that snake oil comes in pretty packaging and... there are so many ways to meet your goals.
Repeat it with me SO. MANY. WAYS. TO. MEET. YOUR. GOALS.
The only thing that’s proven? Consistency. Progressive overload (we’ll get there) and picking workouts that make YOU feel good.
