Opt 1: Cover it with foil / plastic wrap to
prevent cake from drying out in the fridge
and it can be kept well for about 1 week.

Opt 2: It will last for about 1 to 2 days
at normal room temperature.

To Reheat: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the pound cake on a baking sheet.
Bake 5-6 minutes to crisp the pound cake
& enjoy it with a good mood :)
