Hi everyone! I'm a personal trainer, also working with small groups of people like 2-3 person.
I have been helping people with bad posture, osteochondrosis, spine hernia to live without backache last 7 years.
In my method of training I mix Pilates, Yoga, Stretching, Fascial Stretching, Myofascial Release, joint gymnastics and others.
