I’m Gemma and I thought I’d introduce myself, tell you about my hair and why I chose Monat.
I’m a mum of two beautiful and chaotic boys.
After two pregnancies and 15m breastfeeding each boy my body was pretty depleted and my hair was really showing this.
My hair type is thin AND fine, always has been. I remember getting my hair cut as a kid and they’d say to me… “oh poor darling your hair is so thin. There’s really not much of it is there”.
So after two pregnancies and breastfeeding the hormone fluctuations meant my hair loss was OUT. OF. CONTROL! It was awful, emotional and stressful.
I support myself as best I can nutritionally to build up internally and I knew I needed to change my products because I was just using clean supermarket brands. I resisted investing in premium products and it was a huge mistake!! I’d tried many premium products over the years and never seen any results.
