Hi my name is Grace, I am a mom of three who loves art, music, cooking and baking. One day, I decided to make my daughter’s first birthday cake, and the rest is history. Baking and cake decorating has become my passion. All I know, is when I see a beautiful cake, my brain goes crazy telling me that I need to learn how to make that beautiful cake! One by one, not knowing, I have created quite a collection of piping tips, baking pans, spatulas, sprinkles, recipe books, and much, much more. I am running out of places to put them!

After tons of learning, I started baking cakes for my friends, family, and co-workers for free (well I practically begged to make them a cake just to try new techniques). A friend of mine asked me if I was taking orders because she was willing to pay me. I hesitantly told her I don’t think I’m ready for that route yet… She told she that she believes that I am ready, she pushed me and I did it! You know, one little push and encouragement really makes a difference.

Though I’m very comfortable with my skills I still strive to learn more, discover, and improve because I always believe there is room to grow. One thing is for certain, with all the sweets that I bake, they are filled with love, just the way I love my kids…which is how my journey began.
