Mindful art sessions in nature, art skills are not required as the main goal is to slow down in the present moment with art, nature and simply being. There will be a mindful meditation to start off, ground ourselves and set intention, small Art activity and walk, mindful meditation in the end. Those will be happening every week, no matter the weather, if it's raining we will be doing walks or photography. Wear comfortable clothing, take some drink with you and spend mindful hour with yourself and nature.
