This 12 week 1:1 holistic wellness coaching program is designed to bring you back to earth when it comes to your health & stop overcomplicating things. By the end of 3 months the lifestyle changes you make will be a grounded part of your life. You'll be given everything you need to start implementing a more balanced approach to your life and start experiencing changes. You'll learn the WHY and the HOW. How to shift your mindset, gain a healthy relationship with food, KNOW what foods are right for you, reach your goals and get to the root cause of your struggles and how to integrate your new lifestyle into your current environment to make all of these changes a grounded part of your life.

1. Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Protocol
Not your basic meal plan- you will receive a customized plan created for YOU and your unique needs so we can reach your goals whether its beating your bloat, reducing your acne, having less painful periods, losing weight, healing your brain fog or anything else you may be struggling with.
2. Habit Stacking Plan
Implementation is KEY. I cannot do the work for you, it is up to YOU to make the change you want to see. My signature habit stacking plan will help you go from small steps to big lifestyle changes in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming or impossible- no matter how busy you are. I'll be in your back pocket 24/5 for whenever you run into an obstacle and need extra support, so we can guarantee your success.
3. Weekly Modules
A major goal of this program is to leave you feeling 100% confident in your choices and lifestyle long after 12 weeks is over. This is why I've created weekly modules for you, to help you understand why we are making these changes and how they are benefiting you. Every week, you'll get to learn more about managing your stress levels, how to balance your hormones, why eating enough is so important, and how to not be bloated everyday after lunch.
