My Pilates classes are launching this month and I’m so excited! Usually I’m bouncing around a room 💃 or pushing people to move faster or train harder so it will be such a good opportunity for me to slow everything down and really help people find correct form and posture to build strength balance and mobility, with Pilates there is no bouncing around no impact no speed we will still be working towards training hard but at a much slower pace- which can actually be harder 😉 💪
