GUARANTY TRUST BANK CÔTE D'IVOIRE SA, en abrégé GTBank CI, organise une campagne de promotion pour inciter les titulaires de comptes dormant et inactif à effectuer un dépôt sur leur compte en vue de les réactivés. Le principe est décrit ci-dessous :

ARTICLE 1 : NOM DE LA PROMOTION
La Société GTBank CI organise une campagne de promotion appelée : " Promotion de réactivation des comptes " via ses réseaux sociaux dans le cadre d'une campagne promotionnelle pour inciter nos clients titulaires de compte dormant et inactif à effectuer un dépôt sur leur compte en vue de le réactiver.
Cette Campagne vise à encourager les titulaires de comptes GTBank CI à inciter les titulaires de comptes dormant et inactif à le réactiver.

ARTICLE 2 : CIBLE DE LA PROMOTION
La « Promotion de réactivation des comptes » est destinée exclusivement aux titulaires de comptes GTBank CI dormants et inactifs

ARTICLE 3 : INTERDICTION
Il est interdit aux personnes suivantes de participer à la promotion:
- Le personnel de GTBank CI ;
- Le Commissaire de la Justice, ses collaborateurs et les membres de leurs familles (conjoints, frères, sœurs, pères, mères et enfants) ;
- Les sociétés sollicitées par GTBank CI pour la réalisation de ce jeu, leurs collaborateurs et les membres de leurs familles (conjoint, père, mère, enfants).

ARTICLE 4 : PÉRIODE DE LANCEMENT ET DURÉE DE LA PROMOTION
La promotion se déroulera du Vendredi 04 Avril 2025 au Lundi 30 Juin 2025 inclus à 16h00. Toutefois, GTBank CI se réserve le droit de prolonger, écourter, modifier ou annuler l'organisation en cas de force majeure ou d'événements indépendants de sa volonté.
Dans ce cas, elle en informera les autorités compétentes.

ARTICLE 5 : MÉCANISME DE PROMOTION
Les participants doivent :
- Être titulaire d’un compte GTBank CI dormants et inactifs
- Effectuer un dépôt sur son compte.
- Avoir un solde minimum de 50.000 FCFA sur son compte à la clôture du jeu du tirage au sort.

Sont éligible pour la Promotion de réactivation des comptes la liste des comptes dormants ou inactifs ayant créé et effectué des dépôts durant la période et ayant un solde minimum de 50.000 FCFA sur leur compte à la clôture de promotion à la date du Lundi 30 Juin 2025 inclus, deux personnes seront sélectionnées par le service juridique de la banque et un huissier de justice. Ils recevront une TV et un réfrigérateur.

Cette promotion se déroulera selon le calendrier suivant :
- Du Vendredi 04 Avril 2025 au Lundi 30 Juin 2025 inclus à 16H00 : Collecte des dépôts, et dépouillement.
- Mercredi 02 juillet 2025 : Désignation du lauréat et publication des résultats.
- Vendredi 04 juillet 2025,16H00-16H15 : Remise des prix au lauréat.

Les participants devront publier des témoignages, sous peine de voir leur participation annulée :
- Exempts de toute discrimination raciale, sociale, ethnique ou sexuelle et de scènes de violence et d'éléments susceptibles de heurter les convictions religieuses, philosophiques ou politiques du public,
- N'incitent pas à des comportements préjudiciables à la santé, à la sécurité des personnes et des biens ainsi qu'à l'environnement ;
- Ne pas porter atteinte à la dignité de la personne ;
- Ne pas porter atteinte aux enfants et aux adolescents.

ARTICLE 6 : DÉTERMINATION DES GAGNANTS
Pour être éligible, le participant doit :
- Effectuer un dépôt sur le compte et avoir un solde de 50 000 FCFA sur son compte à la clôture de la promotion ;
- Avoir un solde minimum de 50.000 FCFA sur son compte à la date du 30 Juin 2025 ;
- S'abonner à notre page si ce n'est pas déjà fait ;
- Inviter 5 personnes à aimer la page GTBank CI ;
- Ne pas porter atteinte aux enfants et aux adolescents.

ARTICLE 7 : LE PRIX
- Une TV.
- Un Réfrigérateur

ARTICLE 8 : REMISE DU PRIX
- La désignation sera effectuée au siège social le Vendredi 04 juillet 2025,16H00-16H15 Le lauréat sera contacté puis annoncés dans une publication spéciale sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Le lauréat sera invité à participer à la remise des prix prévue le Vendredi 04 juillet 2025, à 16h00 au siège de la banque.
- Afin de récupérer le matériel, les gagnants seront invités à se présenter au siège de GTBank CI avec leur carte d'identité nationale, leur passeport ou tout autre document d'identification avec photo.
ARTICLE 9 : RETRAIT DES PRIX
La participation à la promotion s'accompagne nécessairement de l'autorisation donnée à GTBank CI par le participant d'utiliser son nom et, le cas échéant, son image à des fins promotionnelles, publicitaires ou de relations publiques sans contrepartie, financière ou autre.
Le participant n'est donc pas fondé à tirer de l'utilisation de son image, une raison suffisante pour intenter à l'encontre de GTBank CI, une action en défense de son droit à l'image
Tout laureat, ne pouvant être présent à la remise des prix est prié d'informer la banque et de se faire représenter par une personne mandater à cette fin.
En cas d’absence du lauréat et du mandataire à la remise des prix, GTBank CI désignera un autre gagnant.
ARTICLE 10 : RÈGLEMENT DES LITIGES, JURIDICTION, LOI APPLICABLE
Tout litige résultant de l'interprétation ou de l'application du présent règlement ou du jeu sera réglé à l'amiable.
A défaut d'accord entre les parties, il sera soumis au tribunal de commerce d'Abidjan.

ARTICLE 1: NAME OF PROMOTION
The GTBank CI Company is organizing a promotional campaign called: “Account reactivation promotion” via its social networks as part of a promotional campaign to encourage our customers who hold dormant and inactive accounts to make a deposit on their account in order to reactivate it.
This campaign aims to encourage GTBank CI account holders to encourage dormant and inactive account holders to reactivate their accounts.
ARTICLE 2: PROMOTION TARGET
The “Account Reactivation Promotion” is intended exclusively for holders of dormant and inactive GTBank CI accounts.

ARTICLE 3: PROHIBITION
The following persons are prohibited from participating in the promotion :
- GTBank CI staff;
- The Commissioner of Justice, his staff and members of their families (spouses, brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers and children);
- Companies commissioned by GTBank CI to carry out this game, their employees and family members (spouse, father, mother, children).

ARTICLE 4: LAUNCH PERIOD AND DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The promotion will run from Friday, April 04th 2025 to Monday, June 30, 2025 inclusive. However, GTBank CI reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the organization in case of force majeure or events beyond its control.
In this case, it will inform the relevant authorities.
ARTICLE 5: PROMOTION MECHANISM
Participants must:
- Have a dormant or inactive GTBank CI account
- Make a deposit on their account.
- Have a minimum balance of 50,000 FCFA on their account at the close of the draw.

Are eligible for the Account Reactivation Promotion the list of dormant or inactive accounts having created and made deposits during the period and having a minimum balance of 50,000 FCFA on their account at the close of promotion on Monday, June 30, 2025 inclusive, two people will be selected by the legal department of the bank and a bailiff. They will receive a TV and a refrigerator.

This promotion will run according to the following schedule:
- From Friday, April 04, 2025 to Monday, June 30, 2025 inclusive at 4:00 p.m.: Collection of deposits and counting of votes.
- Wednesday, July 02, 2025: Designation of the winner and publication of the results.
- Friday, July 04, 2025, 16H00-16H15: Award ceremony.

Participants must publish testimonials, failing which their entry will be cancelled:
- Free of racial, social, ethnic or sexual discrimination, scenes of violence or elements likely to offend the public's religious, philosophical or political convictions,
- Do not incite behavior prejudicial to the health and safety of people and property, or to the environment;
- Do not offend personal dignity;
- Do not harm children or teenagers.

ARTICLE 6: DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
To be eligible, participants must:
- Make a deposit on the account and have a balance of 50,000 FCFA on his account at the close of the promotion;
- Have a minimum balance of 50,000 FCFA on his/her account on Friday, June 30th, 2025;
- Subscribe to our page if you haven't already done so;
- Invite 5 people to like the GTBank CI page;
- Not to harm children or teenagers.

ARTICLE 7: PRICE
- TV.
- Fridge

ARTICLE 8: PRIZE GIVING
- The designation will be made at the head office on Friday, July 04, 2025, 16H00-16H15. The winner will be contacted and announced in a special publication on social networks.
- The winner will be invited to attend the prize-giving ceremony scheduled for Friday, July 04, 2025, at 4:00 pm at the bank's head office.
- In order to collect the material, the winners will be invited to present themselves at the GTBank CI headquarters with their national identity card, passport or any other photo identification document.

ARTICLE 9: WITHDRAWAL OF THE PRIZES
Participation in the promotion is necessarily accompanied by the participant's authorization to GTBank CI to use his or her name and, where applicable, image for promotional, advertising or public relations purposes, without financial or other consideration.
The participant is therefore not entitled to derive from the use of his/her image, a sufficient reason to bring against GTBank CI, an action in defense of his/her right to image.
Any laureate who is unable to attend the prize-giving ceremony is asked to inform the bank and to be represented by a person mandated for this purpose.
In the event of the absence of the winner and his or her representative at the prize-giving ceremony, GTBank CI will designate another winner.
ARTICLE 10: SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES, JURISDICTION, APPLICABLE LAW

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these rules or the game shall be settled amicably.

Failing agreement between the parties, it will be submitted to the Abidjan Commercial Court.
