What Yr 11s are saying
I have been attending Girls without Limits now for a couple of weeks since the start of Semester 2, soon after the program had started it was a couple of weeks in I started to feel my self-love that I thought i had lost come back... I started to feel happier towards how I see myself and I started thinking more positive about the views of not only my body image but everything else that is included. I had learned how to accept my imperfections and make them perfections; I had learnt that everyone to has their doubts about themself and that's okay. Girls without Limits must be the best thing I have put myself up to for trying, it has made me feel a lot more confident and prouder of my view upon myself. I would 100% recommend this program for anyone whom may struggle with self-esteem and body image as well as much more, Girls Without Limits cover a variety of topics that you may not think you need until you hear it and you end up relating to it. I hope however to continue my personal growth after the program finishes to keep the feeling of proudness of myself and my future ahead.

What the schools are saying
As we gave the girls an opt in option, we did find it harder to get them to commit to the whole program. Those who stayed we has seen significant improvements with how those ladies view themselves and those around them. The comprehensive stats given to us from Girls Without Limits, also backed up what our House Support Officers were seeing in the girls behaviours.
We are looking forward to having the program in our school again this year.
