I Highly Recommend

Doing The Following

I’m a huge believer of learning from others mistakes, & love to give advice to others from my own experiences and observations. The following advice that I’m going to give is some of the best I’ve got- each to their own though! Namaste 🙏🏼

i

If you’re an over thinker like me or suffer from anxiety late at night, try meditating with crystals in your hand as you fall asleep. Tell all of your worries to the crystals & trust in your mind & body to heal itself & the universe to work things out. I personally have two amethysts & a pouch of Tumble Stones I do this with in tough times. // Click on photo for where you can purchase these “Happy Chakras” Tumble Stones.

ii

Adopt a parrot! Parrots have so much love to give & real estate agents are more inclined to allow birds at rental properties than dogs & cats so if you’re needing a little ball of fluff to love forever, this is a great way to go. Do your research & decide for yourself, but adopting Atlas is the greatest thing I’ve done in my life & I can not imagine my life without him!

iii

Cast a little spell! In the last few months I’ve been trying out a new little ritual, I’ve been collecting herbs & flowers, drying them out, admiring them, breaking off little pieces & burning the pieces into the flame of a candle with intention & wishes. I have found this method of letting go & trusting spirit to carrying my wishes very soothing & magical. I highly recommend finding or creating your own little rituals to help find peace, healing & above all else love. // Click on photo for where you can purchase the candle in image

Find hobbies! If you love to build, create, design or if you have always wanted to do something, go for it! Practice makes perfect & everyone starts somewhere! I’m constantly creating or learning something & if I find myself stuck finding things to do or learn I start redecorating & rearranging the house! From candles to birdhouses to string art & soap- the possibilities are endless! Pinterest is a great place to start & get inspired- & why stop at one hobby! I love acquiring as many skills as I can & you never know when they may come in handy! // Click on photo for where you can buy some of my handmade items!
