Just a girl from a small southern town that wanted more in life. I graduated college and my degree has collected dust since.

I decided that I wanted more than the 8-5 Monday through Friday off 2 weeks a year bs. I wanted to create my own life, build my own dreams!

Now I create my own schedule and help other women love themselves... all while doing what I love, traveling!

I get to help girls on their nutrition journey & show them how to build a life they don’t need a break from. I empower, mentor, and connect with girls from all over.

& I get to take photos all over the United States from kids playing sports! Which is so special since sports was such a big part of me growing up.
