COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:

Masks must always be worn inside salon.

Only scheduled clients are allowed in the salon- please do not bring additional guests with you.

Only children (8 & up) who can be serviced unsupervised should be scheduled.

Electronic payments are preferred. I accept Cash App & ALL major credit/debit cards. If you plan to use cash, please bring the exact amount.

CHEMICAL/MICROLINK SERVICES:

ALL NEW CLIENTS must book a consultation if interested in any chemical or microlink service. Do NOT book a service prior to a consultation. Your appointment will be cancelled & deposit will be refunded (minus any processing fees). If approved for the service, please be prepared to pay your deposit for the service within 24 hours to secure your appointment.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS:

ALL deposits are non-refundable. However, they are transferable to a later date within 28 days of your original appointment date. ALL payments made are non-refundable. However, if you're dissatisfied with your service, a correction at no charge to you can be arranged.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24-hour noticed : Cancellations, rescheduling, or otherwise service changes to scheduled appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Same day (less than 24 hours): Rescheduling or canceling your scheduled service within 12-24 hours of the start time will incur a 25% charge of your scheduled service, which is due before a new appointment can be rescheduled; However, your deposit is transferable. NOTE: Canceling more than two services within 12 hours of start time will result in cancellation of all future appointments and the inability to book with me again.

No-show policy: Failure to notify any cancelation or changes to any appointment at start time will incur a 50% charge of your scheduled service, which is due before a new appointment can be rescheduled. In addition, you will be required to prepay your next scheduled appointment. NOTE: No-showing more than one appointment will result in immediate cancellation of all future appointments and the inability to be serviced again.

For respect of other clients time & mine, please don’t arrive more than 15 minutes before/after your appointment time. If you’re 30 minutes or more late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

MICROLINK SERVICE REMINDERS:

ALL initial microlink services include hair. The hair provided is top grade hair that can last up to two years with proper care. You can reuse this hair for future installs & only will pay the service price.

Please book initial appointments that include 10-14 business days (excluding weekends) in advance to accommodate shipping of hair.

Readjusting/maintenance appointments must be booked every 6-8 weeks for wefted installs & 8-10 weeks for i-tips.
