Hey there! I’m Grace Whittenberg, I am the founder of Lily & Sparrow Hair Studio since May of 2024! Inspired by Matthew chapter 6 Lily & Sparrow Hair Studio was born with the intention of providing people with a comfortable, calm, salon experience. Where clients can chat, work, and rest :)

Being a hairstylist has always been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Someone that has truly inspired me to be the best version of myself and the best stylist is Cassie Bigelow. I am honored to have her has a friend and a mentor.

I specialize in natural looks, lived-in color, blonding, and I love teaching your how to effortlessly style your own hair <3
Making you feel comfortable, confident, and encouraged is the mission statement for Lily & Sparrow Hair Studio! Whether that’s with a blonding or lived-in color service, a nice chic haircut, or a lovely conversation I am here for it all :)

If I’m not at the salon, you can find me in the Tahoe mountains, hiking, backpacking, climbing or swimming! I am an outdoorsy girl at heart!

Card On File:
It is a requirement for Lily & Sparrow Hair Studio that every client have a card on file in order to book an appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service and must be paid prior to booking a follow-up appointment. While 24 hours is required, 48 hours is appreciated.

No Call/No Show Policy:
No Call/No Show, or missing an appointment without letting your stylist know, will result in an 100% fee of your scheduled service and must be paid prior to booking a follow-up appointment. If two appointments are No Call/No Show, the client will no longer be able to be booked at Lily & Sparrow Hair Studio in general. Being more than 20 minutes late is considered a No Call/ No Show.

Late Policy:
There is a 15 minute grace period during a scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in being charged for the time you are late and your appointment. Due to time constraints, goals may be altered to fit into the scheduled time frame and appointments will not be extended to accommodate tardiness.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If you are unsatisfied with your service, you have 7 days to contact Grace for adjustments.
