Hi, my name is Luna S. Ferrari and I’m a passionate home cook, turned professional cook, and freelance content creator and photographer.

I was born and raised in Italy, but half of my heritage is Filipino and this always made me very curious towards diversity. I bring this trait to my writing, photography and cooking as I love traveling and experimenting with flavors from different countries.

In 2013, I earned a Masters degree in Food Culture & Communications at The University of Gastronomic Sciences while working as freelance Photographer. I followed Food Events & Education for Eataly’s international locations for 6+ years, before deciding to get my hands dirty and land in the kitchen.

Since 2020 I have been working with two female business partners on launching a new brand and first deli/pastry shop Fòla, in Milan, as well as following menu & recipe development and kitchen operations. Fòla opened its doors at the end of August 2021 and we can now share it with the world!

I love sharing recipes, food culture & travel storytelling.
