What I mean is like, imagine the skinny version of her, what does her day to day look like, This is advice for my self also, like u can't just go gym 3 times a week cor example, like ur only activity is gym, but then outside of it you live sedentary.
Like if you look at some people who grew up with "good genetics" I think it's just most of it was built due to them doing sports as a kid and using their body actively. I also think you can build "good genes" if I have a generation, like me and my forefathers or my descendants continued in a sport or occupation or activity that requires constant movement of the shoulder, repetition and force, my ancestors eventually will have "good shoulder genes".

Success or failure is ultimately derived from consistency, what you do on a consistent basis.
