I'm Teresa - the maker, creator and woman behind
Handmade by Teresa R.

I have loved everything craft since I was in primary school. I love to cross-stitch, was taught to sew by my nonna and learnt crochet from my mama ❤

I am a mum to 3 gorgeous kids, who constantly keep me on my toes, and I'm pretty lucky to have a supportive husband, who after 24 years together, is not sick of my craziness yet! 🤣
When I am not creating in my studio or being a taxi driver to the kids, I love watching hair tutorials and practising yoga.

I launched Handmade by Teresa R. in 2020, after many years of my sister-in-law nagging me to start my own business.

Opening my Etsy store followed shortly after. Here you will find handmade goodness, all made with love by me. I love the quote "Do small things with great love" by Mother Teresa and it is a quote I constantly live by.

The Yogi Tote measures approximately 60cm deep and 40cm wide. The Yogi Tote is big enough to hold all your Yoga/fitness essentials: mat, block, strap and towel.

Featuring two small internal pockets for your keys and phone as well as one large pocket on the outside for your drink bottle (or even your shoes!)

Made from durable cotton canvas in gorgeous designer fabrics, each bag is completely washable and reversible.

As a mum of 3, I am aware of the challenges these kids are faced with everyday in and out of the school yard. According to @beyondblueofficial, one in seven young people aged 4 to 17 years experience a mental health condition in any given year.

Each card is vibrant and beautifully illustrated and designed to boost confidence, motivating a positive mindset for our kids and teens.

Each pack contains 24 × A6 gloss cards, beautifully packaged in a white envelope box with a complimentary handcrafted wooden stand.

The Lavender Eye Pillow can be chilled in the fridge to soothe migraines, or can be used at room temperature for yoga and meditation.

Filled with Australian Lavender and Flaxseeds (Linseeds), each eye pillow is made from cotton, measures approximately 10cm × 25cm, and features a removable and washable cover.

Lavender inserts will last for approximately 1-2 years. Replacement inserts will be available for purchase.
