Namsan Tower

Don’t miss out when you arrive at Namsan Tower!
.

1)🇰🇷 N Seoul Tower Observatory - Observe the city below from the height of the clouds by making your way up to the tower’s observation deck. The main observation deck on 3F features large, floor-to-ceiling windows the whole way around the tower, allowing you to experience the full 360-degree views.
.

2) 🇰🇷 Hanbok Culture Experience Center - The Hanbok Culture Experience Center is located in the lobby of the N Seoul Tower plaza. It offers visitors a chance to take part in two traditional cultural experiences themed around the Joseon Dynasty.
.

3) 🇰🇷 Love padlocks - Aside from a visit to the observation deck, one of the top activities for couples at N Seoul Tower is to hang a padlock from the fence around the plaza. Couples inscribe their names, initials, or even a short message onto the locks before attaching them to the fence as a symbol of their eternal love.
.

4) 🇰🇷 Dining options - There are plenty of dining options available at N Seoul Tower if you work up an appetite while sightseeing. Sweet Bar is a great place to grab a drink and a sweet or salty snack such as popcorn. Take your pick from among the specialty Korean noodles at Cheiljemyunso, American-style burgers at N Burger, Italian cuisine at THE PLACE Dining, French fine dining at n.Grill, and Korean buffet dining at HANCOOK. For an incredible nighttime view of Seoul, don’t pass up the chance to enjoy a cocktail at the premium sky lounge N TERRACE.
.

5) 🇰🇷 Namsan Park - It is open every single day and features numerous facilities, including a botanical garden, a library, a pond, a snack shop, and many sporting facilities as well.
.

6) 🇰🇷 Namsangol Hanok Village - Namsangol Hanok Village is located on the north side of Namsan Mountain, not far from N Seoul Tower. The village also features a traditional Korean garden, a plaza, and a performing arts stage.

Beomeosa Temple

Despite its city location, Beomeosa Temple is a world away from the urban jungle, with beautiful architecture neatly set against an extraordinary mountain setting.
.

It's a busy place as the temple serves as the northern starting point for trails across Geumjeongsan (Mt.Geumjeong).
.

We recommend you to visit the restaurants near the bus stop to enjoy tasty pajeon, the traditional Korean pancake ☺️

Haneul Sky Park

Most traveller said that autumn is the best time if you want to go to Haneul Park because the grass turns pink and the leaves are yellow.
.

Haneul (Sky) Park is the most popular of the five parks of World Cup Park, near Seoul World Cup Stadium.
.

What else to do at Haneul Park?
.

Tall trees lined the park edges to provide shades, cosy resting spots, a convenience store for drinks/ice-cream and nearby restrooms altogether make this park an ideal place to relax whilst overlooking the beautiful vast grassland or Han River.

Bukchon Hanok Village

Bukchon Hanok Village is a great place for you to experience the Korean village environment and see the old houses in Korea. From there, you can get a quick intro to the Korean Traditional lifestyle. There is no doubt that visiting Bukchon Hanok Village is one of the top things to do in Seoul.
.

5 Things to Do in Bukchon Hanok Village, Seoul :
.

1) Rent a Hanbok - The hanbok rental fee is 7,000 KRW per person. this is probably the cheapest costume rental option that you will find because it’s basically just a rental store.
.
2) Enter a hanok to admire the artisan displays - Visit the many scattered museums, tucked away inside the hanoks throughout Bukchon Hanok Village, such as the Museum of Korean Art, Museum of Korean Embroidery, and Bukchon Traditions to name a few.
.
3) Go café-hopping - The shop owners have anticipated visitors who crave for a piping hot café au lait after their explorations! This particular coffee joint even serves up macarons to complete the package. Surely you won’t be able to resist stepping into a café this lovely!
.
4) Experience a Hanok homestay - If you already know you will love the Bukchon Hanok Village so much, why don’t you book a night or two in a guesthouse within the village? By doing so, you’ll have the chance to experience the way of life in a village that has been in existence since the Joseon Dynasty!
.
5) Shop for souvenirs - this souvenir shop, located among the row of shops adjacent to the village, is literally blooming with beauty!
.

Note : This area you are not allowed to make noise, there are a few houses you can’t take picture infront of their house. So please understand the rules here ☺️

Gyeongbokgung Palace

Gyeongbokgung Palace is a famous for the royal changing of the guard ceremony that takes place twice a day.
.

Before yoy go to Gyeongbokgung Palace, please know that this Palace is closed on Tuesday.
.

When you arrived, what the best things that you can explore?
.

1) Understand the History - To understand more about Korean history, we suggest you to take a tour guide. Its more better and helpful.
.

2) Get Your Tickets at Gwanghwamun Gate - The palace opens at 9am, but it’s wise to arrive a few minutes early in order to beat the rush. You’ll want to enter through the Gwanghwamun Gate to the south since the majority of tour buses unload near the gate and ticket booth on the eastern side of the palace. Be sure to grab a map – you’re going to need it!
.

3) Visit the Throne Hall and Floating Pavillion - This is the throne hall where the king would grant formal audiences, make official declarations, and greet honored foreign guests. This hall would also have been the location of all of the most important celebrations held at the palace, including coronations.
.

4) Explore the Royal Living Quarters and Library - These palace buildings provide exquisite examples of traditional architecture and design with stunning inlaid ceiling tiles and intricate stone carvings. Keep an eye out for the colorful bricks that are decorated with illustrations of peonies, bamboo, lotus flowers, and butterflies.
.

5) Watch the Changing of the Guard (I will share my video for Part 2) - The changing of the guard takes place at 10am and 2pm every day except Tuesdays. Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the changing of the guard ceremony in order to ensure a good viewing spot.
.

6) Visit the Museums - Once the changing of the guard ceremony is complete, walk back onto the palace grounds to continue your education and exploration at the two onsite museums.
