Have you ever wondered what quality of life you’re making for yourself? Most of you will say no because in today’s world, we are programmed to care more about what others think of us than what we think of ourselves. How twisted is that?
Learning how to care for yourself mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally is SO IMPORTANT but unfortunately self care has been put on the back burner for most. If you aren’t working towards your best person, what are you even doing? Becoming pregnant in December of 2019 was when my eyes were opened to a whole new world. I was no longer just caring for myself, but also for this precious being inside of me. It shouldn’t have taken this for me to realize that I needed to change my lifestyle but here we are.
That’s when it all began; the journey towards healthy living. Reducing my body burden, reducing my carbon footprint and genuinely caring about what I put in and on my person.
