The National Institute of Health has reported that 90% of all disease comes from stress, and the average American rates their daily stress as a 7/10 or higher.
A stressed out and tired individual is less effective, more likely to make critical errors, has decreased success in networking, and is more likely to suffer from both acute and chronic illness (resulting in missed work).
You can create as many company culture initiatives as you wish, but until a woman feels worthy and capable of caring for herself, she will not engage with them fully and 1) she will still be less effective in her work and 2) you will be wasting your money and time on these initiatives.
WOMEN HAVE AN INCREDIBLE CAPACITY TO BRING YOUR ORGANIZATION FORWARD IN WAYS YOU NEVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE! Sometimes she simply needs a bit of encouragement to prevent burnout.
I have cultivated simple solutions which she can adopt and integrate easily so she will be happier, healthier, and more effective!
