Hi, I’m Harpinder 👋🏽, yoga and mindfulness teacher, wellness and decolonizing activist, and creator of the Womxn of Color Summit, currently living on unceded Tongva, Chumash, and Kizh Land (Los Angeles). Work With Me

I specialize in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness classes designed to meet your physical, emotional, and wellness needs.

I am trained in Raja Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and am a long time practitioner of Vipassana meditation in the lineage of S.N. Goenka.

My hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, calm, and loved. Yoga helped me heal through trauma and gives me everlasting tools to show up for myself and for others with awareness and compassion.

If you’re based in Los Angeles, we can meet at my home studio, your home or outdoors at a park. We can also meet virtually via Zoom or FaceTime for anyone not in the LA area.

I operate on a sliding scale because I truly believe that wellness should be accessible to all.
