•After your order is placed, you are to arrange for your package to be DELIVERED WITHIN 2 DAYS If not, your order is liable to be sold.
•YOUR ORDER WILL BE HELD FOR A MAX OF 2-3 DAYS. Orders placed for more than 3 days in advanced WON'T BE ACCEPTED.
• Please insure that you are sure about your orders before placing as cancelations at the last minute are frowned upon as all orders are sent as soon as possible.
• Please refrain from using any of my photos with my REGISTERED business name, logo and watermark on your page especially without permission as legal action can be taken.
• All exchanges / returns / refunds must done within 5 days after purchasing. The product must be unused and in it's original condition.
• If the item is not in accordance to what you have ordered the item would be exchanged, replaced or refunded (via bank transfer only).
•The cost of delivery would not be refunded.
• Items would not be refunded / replaced / exchanged if an error has been made on your part.

Any Packages that are too big for TTPOST Track Packs would need to be sent via a packaging box which would be $60. You would be given 3 days after placing your order to make the payment.
This option allows you to receive your package right at your door or work place via a driver the day after your order is placed or within 1-2 days after.
Time of delivery is confirmed by the driver not Hasani.
