I dont use prequel or colourtune for my colouring i use capcut but u can always try other apps:)
Go to effects and go to bling and
choose moonlight
then press adjust and start
doing ur colouring
Brightness- +26
contrast- -50
situation- +31
exposure- -20
sharpen-0
hightlights- +50
Shadow- +100
and done:)
