Distant healing is the practice of sending healing energy across space and time. It is done through visualization, thought and meditation as energy is not restricted in the same way that people are.

Distant healing helps to remove and clear energy blocks within the body, by restoring a harmonious flow leaving you with a feeling of relaxation, lightness, clarity and release of burdens. It works in the same way as an in person session.

Distant healing is beneficial for those who do not have the time or ability to be present for an in person session. To ensure you receive the full benefit of this service a time is arranged where you are able to find a quiet space to sit or lay and receive your energy healing.

Distant healing is performed remotely. Please allow 30 minutes for this treatment.
