▪️ Once you fill out the survey in the last page, I will contact you and we will discuss about your ideal weight and health goals
▪️ You can attend a zoom community session that will give you more details about the products and the results
▪️ I will guide you on how to attain your ideal weight, how to use the products and the changes that you need to include in your current lifestyle
▪️ You can attend our fitness and community sessions on a daily basis where we conduct workouts and discuss on several health topics
▪️ As a part of the community, we host several events virtually on a weekly/monthly basis where we recognize and celebrate the achievements of people within the community. If you reach your goal, you could be one of them.
▪️ I will follow up with you on a weekly basis to understand where you stand, address any concerns and guide you throughout

I will be your coach and we will work towards understanding what needs to change such as your meal timings, sleeping patterns, water intake and so on. I will keep you motivated and will follow up throughout your weightloss program.
It is always better to surround yourself with people who share the same goals as you. This will not only keep you motivated throughout, but also help you learn and understand what you might be doing wrong and what you can change in order to reach your goal faster. We have a community of people who share a similar goal and share their experiences of the program on a daily basis.
