Training is all about finding the best fit for YOU. Not what others say is the best, not what the biggest newest trend or craze is. The best fit is what your body responds well to, you find enjoyment in AND you see yourself doing consistently.
Workouts should NOT be a chore, but rather a celebration of what your body can do and how it can get better!
What fits the bill for you?
My Mexican heritage always pours out in the kitchen. My spice rack alone says it all. Now that I’m vegan I am re-discovering and re-inventing my comfort foods, go-to’s, classic favorites and blending it all with my plant-based lifestyle.
I use these recipes and my barista skills/love of coffee, to bring balance and to fuel my desire to live a healthy lifestyle. After all, what we put in our bodies fuels our adventures!
What’s your favorite snack or comfort food?
I’m an all or nothing kind of gal. Everything I do I commit myself to entirely, if it’s something I truly believe in.
I believe, Health is Wealth. I believe, you are worthy of self-love and care. I believe, you cannot pour from an empty cup. I believe compassion is the vitamin the world is truly deficient in. I believe, you can and you will if you believe as well.
I have had a long and bumpy ride towards those beliefs and I have had many struggles that have been necessary to foster the woman I am today. I believe it is time to share my story and help those on their way as well.
