If submitting by email to studentsforhealthhumanities@gmail.com, please send us your first and last name, email that you check most frequently, phone number, artist location, artist biography (max. 150 words), what medium/media you are submitting [2D Drawing/Painting/Photography/Narratives/Poems - 3D Sculpture/Installation - Digital/Video - Music/Audio - Performance (e.g. dance, spoken word poetry, song) - Please specify if it is “Other”], artwork title, the image(s)/video(s) of your artwork, artist statement (e.g. how artwork relates to our theme Aurora, process), and any links to your artist portfolio/website/online store that you would like us to include on our exhibition website.
