I’m half English half Spanish, living in the south of Spain with my partner Alfie, and our dog Rolo. I also have IC. I’ve had symptoms since I was 21, and didn’t get diagnosed until I was 25 when things got progressively MUCH worse after my mum passed away.

I moved to Australia, went on to study nutrition, and work towards learning as much as I could in order to get myself pain free.

Would you believe me if I told you I live a completely normal life now – I don’t restrict foods or anything which could aggravate my symptoms? I even traveled from Australia back to Spain without so much as a niggle (the same could not be said for the way there)!
