A 6 month program that requires a commitment to yourself! This program is directed and caters
toward your individualized: health, mental health + wellness needs!

We work together on transforming your life with a ROOT CAUSE approach! Meaning, Healthy Bee Health + Wellness coaching does not address only your symptoms!

6 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗦:
- In person or virtual meetings, 60 minutes long
- Meeting 2x a month (Schedule depending)

- Homework, worksheets & PDF articles focusing in on your goals
- Goal setting: SMART, short term, long term, and consistency work
- Weight-loss without dieting, calorie counting & restrictions

It’s Me!

My BEEcoming!

I’ve been that woman who had no idea of where to start. Trying anything to feel relief, feel successful, and less stressed. I would see all these women on social media who seemed to have it all— but something was not working for me…

I know what it feels like to have the never ending bloat, foods that make my stomach turn and gurgle. To workout and not see any progress. To wake up exhausted, coast through the day feeling heavy and stressed. Have mood swings and irritability. It’s not fun.

I would spend some much time, money, and energy to fix whatever it was…and QUICK!

Quick wasn’t the answer. I took my health and wellness into my own hands. I became what I needed physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally!

I learned that my body is my own medicine! My body is capable of fixing and repairing itself, as long as I feed it what it needs to do so.

Can’t expect to have less anxiety and less stomach pain or bloat, if I kept feeding it what loudly telling me to stop!

I began the journey of healing my own health, nurturing my gut, developing the knowledge to rebalance my hormones, lower the personal expectations, addressing my chronic stress, and developing boundaries!

All by making sustainable- life long - lifestyle changes!

That’s why I wanted to become a Health Coach!
I developed my program that combines my two passions into one world!

Being a 7+ year Behavioral Specialist- I have been committed to help those understand their behaviors, and understand how their thoughts and emotions might be effected by it. Your thoughts, behaviors and emotions all interconnect!

I guide those who are dealing with mental blocks, a tough inner critique, perfectionism, motivational dependent, depression and anxiety. I gently guide you to replace them with self compassion, self love, self worth and a sustainable lifestyle of freedom and discipline! I guide those to conquer their own minds through a CBT/DBT/ABA and Holistic approach!

Being a Health Coach & Behavior Specialist - it’s like getting a two for one deal. This allows me to help you feel your happiest & healthiest self. All by giving you the tools and guidance to heal your body, mind and spirit!

It’s all about navigating these life style habits with ease! Your overall health and wellness should be difficult or confusing. Once we start at the root, you’ll notice on how fast you’ll start blooming!
