Introduction:
I have been baking for almost a decade, ever since I was 14 years old. The discovery that I could create edible artwork sparked my passion for baking. Over the years, I honed my skills and gained valuable experience as an assistant pastry chef at a bakery. Working my way up to becoming a general manager, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about the art of baking.

A Love for Sharing:
However, I realized that my love for baking and creating went beyond personal satisfaction. I found immense joy in sharing my creations with others. As the saying goes, "Your talent is useless if it's not used in the service of others." That's when I decided to expand my horizons and not only create beautiful cakes but also cater events, crafting unforgettable experiences for people.

Passion for Teaching:
But I still felt there was more I could do with my talents. I wanted to empower others to create their own culinary masterpieces. So, I began offering one-on-one cooking classes. After teaching at the prestigious ICE in New York, I realized the value of bringing this culinary experience to my friends and family in the comfort of their own kitchens. The goal is to provide them with the skills to become master chefs in their own right. We also have plans to explore digital classes so that our teaching methods can be shared with people worldwide.

Giving Back:
As the business grew, I felt a strong desire to give back to the community. That's why we donate 10% of all our proceeds to the Feed the Children charity. This organization not only helps feed families in need in the US and globally but also supports teachers in various ways. We believe in making a positive impact through our work.
