About me

Hi, I'm Helen. I help small businesses to grow on social media through training, organic social media, and Facebook/Instagram advertising.

I trained in social media management and training with the award-winning Digital Mums. My Facebook Ads training was with Emma Van Heusen, one of the UK's leading Facebook ad specialists.

I have three kids, and my eldest, Harry, has quadriplegic cerebral palsy. In my spare time (ha! what's that?!) I do yoga, read a lot, and drink copious amounts of tea ☕. Cuppa anyone?
