Cancellations

All cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment. Charges much be paid before booking your next service

No Call / No Show

All No Shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointments and will require a deposit when rebooking

If you become a client that cancels or no shows multiple times, we will require that a card be kept on file for cancellation/ no show fees to be deducted automatically

Refunds

All of your sessions with us will be customized to you and your hair - we have continued education to provide the best technique and products available to use on you and providing our best work. We do not offer refunds
