About
Hi, my name is Bella and over the last few years I have been extremely fascinated with natural healing. This has lead me onto the path of studying herbalism and natural healing using flora given from earth at no cost, to help aid our physical and mental well-being.
I love to craft and believe that in everything I make, I put magic and positive energy into that others can feel if you believe it too. Learning that some plants we call weeds is actually natural medicine for the body seems so surreal. So crafting balms or other natural goods to help give others alternate options is rewarding yet satisfying to see the outcome.
Because I like to keep everything as natural as possible I like to avoid essential oils since my creations are not based on smell, (Not that essential oils are bad for you) but I prefer not to use them in my main healing balms. They’re purely for healing purposes only and any fragrance is from the natural ingredients used. I infuse my own oils so I need to make many jars prior since they need to infuse for several weeks to ensure the best quality. This takes a lot of time but means each tin comes with quality product from my care to yours.
PACKAGING
I like to keep my packaging sustainable and eco friendly, I will reuse packaging where possible and make sure to add cute personalisations so that you feel just as loved when opening your package. At times it is hard to avoid plastic but I do avoid it where and when I can.
All ingredients are locally bought and even some from small business to support if I can find them!
Multipurpose Dandelion balm
• So what is dandelion?
Dandelion flowers are considered herbs to botanists due to their medicinal purposes. The yellow flower grows commonly in many parts of the world but the most common type is Taraxacum officinale.
• what are the benefits?
Dandelions provide antioxidants which work to neutralise the harmful affects of radicals. They contain something called Beta-carotene which is an antioxidant that helps protect and reduce cell damage. Another antioxidant found in dandelions is polyphonols which protects the body’s tissue against stress and inflammation.
Dandelion flower can potentially protect the skin from a certain type of damaging UV light. This is why I have chosen to add cacao butter as another main ingredient for this balm, cacao butter contains photochemicals which can also prevent sun damage and lower your risk of skin disease.
The flower also contains pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties so it can definitely be used in any sore muscles areas or aching joints. Just massage the area making sure to get deep into the tissue, a gua sha tool helps with this because it won’t soak up your product which means no wastage.
• what does the cacao butter help with?
This specific butter is a primary ingredient found in several treatments that help with eczema and dermatitis. Because of the cacao’s rich moisture it allows the skin to heal by easing the nasty itch. This is why my dandelion balm can not only be used on your face it can be great for your hands if you suffer from dryness or dermatitis.
INGREDIENTS
• dandelion flower
• olive and coconut oil
• organic Shea and cacao butter
• organic beeswax
Because all of my products are natural and don’t contain any nasties, these are safe to use on areas you feel the need to apply it to. I would recommend beforehand just to be extra safe to do a patch test and be certain you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. I make sure to list them all.
Multipurpose Lavender balm
• what are the benefits of lavender?
Lavender can help with many things, thats the true wonder if this beautifully smelling flower.
Some health benefits include, improving sleep, combats fungal growth, can reduce skin blemishes, promotes hair growth and contains anti-inflammatory properties. All of these benefits can be broken down into specific types of healing categories that you can use this balm for.
• what can I use it for?
Because of the natural antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, you can use this balm to help heal or soothe bug bites, minor burns, rashes, ache and body pains in the muscle.
It’s also great to rub some behind your head or somewhere close to your face where you can smell the soft lavender scent to ease stress and anxiety.
There was a study published in the Journal of medical microbiology that showed lavender can be effective in combatting anti-fungal resistant infections. How does this work? Well the oils distilled from the lavandula genus of the plant were seen destroying the membranes of fungal cells. It also promoted the healing of skin tissue so if you have any small wounds, to speed up the healing process over the scab you can apply a small amount of lavender balm as often as you’d like until you start seeing improvements. Keep in mind you still need to allow your body to heal in its natural time form and it won’t make your wounds go away over night but it will help prevent further infection and assist with the healing.
It’s great massaged into your face because it can lessen acne, help lighten your skin and deuce wrinkles. It can also kill bacteria in your skin which is why it’s a great remedy to treat acne and acne scars to prevent future breakouts. If you would like to treat any dark spots on your skin or lighten certain areas, the lavender can help since the anti-inflammatory property reduce the discolouration to leave you with a brighter and lighter look. For the best results massage into your face before bed to let it rest in your skin overnight.
Lavender oil has been used to treat psoriasis because it can cleanse and reduce the irritation and redness in your skin to allow it to heal and be left alone without the painful itching and discomfort.

Anti-aging coffee cream
• what are the benefits of the coffee?
Applying the coffee balm directly onto your skin may help decrease the appearance of sun spots, redness and fine lines. Coffee contains vitamin B3 (niacin) which could be helpful in preventing nonmelanoma skin cancers and other growths.
The melanoids and chlorogenic acid (CGA) in coffee can help with inflammation, harmful bacteria and acne. They collectively combat acne. The caffeine content in coffee is thought to help reduce dark circles under the eyes. This is because the caffeine can help dilate blood vessels which contribute to your stubborn darkness.
• what are the benefits of cardamom pods?
The cardamom pods in this coffee cream have anti-bacterial properties which helps the skin heal breakouts and combat acne by purifying your skin layer. They can improve your skin complexion/tone and help reduce the appearance of blemishes.

• how can I use it?
Apply a small amount or however much is needed to evenly cover your face and massage in with either your hands or preferably a clean, sanitised face massage tool to spread the product without it soaking into anything. Using a crystal face roller or gua sha are great options since they can be clean and free from product build up so you won’t be re-applying old bacteria or germs back onto your clean healing skin.

Green tea & matcha soothing cream
• what are the benefits of green tea?
Green tea has many healing properties including anti-inflammatory, reduces skin redness and irritation, decreases swelling, soothes sunburns and minor cuts. It can also improve acne and oily skin. Because my creams consist of other oils, use this as a night cream and wash off in the morning with cold water to avoid the oily feeling during the day.
• what are the benefits of Matcha?
Matcha powder actually contains a high amount of chlorophyll which is a natural compound found in plants that are essential for photosynthesis (the chemical reaction in which sunlight is transformed into energy) which means to a degree, the chlorophyll can protect our skin from sun damage which is perfect for trying to smooth and replenish dull skin. Matcha can help reduce fine wrinkles and blemishes giving you a more supple look. Another compound found in Matcha powder is, epigallocatechin-3-gallate or EGCG for short. It gives the powder anti-bacterial and antibiotic properties that help with acne prone skin as well. Matcha powder has the ability to rejuvenate and support skin cells and their structure which can make your skin appear more bright and glowy. It’s great to apply to areas you suffer with puffiness, due to its anti-inflammatory properties and high vitamin-K content. Just massage into the area with a cold roller or gua sha to increase blood circulation.
• how to use?
Don’t be fooled! The cream itself is a super deep forest green, but this will not turn your face green. A small amount goes a long way so evenly distribute over your face and neck and massage in for a few minutes to get your blood flow in action for the best results, you can use this as a night cream (preferably) or a day cream if you don’t wear makeup. This was made as a face cream specifically but because it has so many health benefits feel free to try in other areas you feel are needed after reading!

Oat milk, honey & rosemary cleansing cream
• what are the benefits of oat for the skin?
Oatmeal can help with just about anything to do with skin. It’s a great natural exfoliator that’s super soft and gentle and won’t cause irritation, it can soak up excess oils (especially on your face) that may be causing clogged pores! Although it can help maintain oily skin, this balm is also super hydrating due to the olive oil, coconut oil and Shea butter, so you can maintain oily skin as-well as hydrate it but without the unnecessary product oil! Oats contain a compound called Saponins which acts as a natural cleanser and can remove dead skull cells or nasty dirt that embeds into your skin that a wipe won’t get out! It will also help with chronic skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis. It can also reduce redness and puffiness leaving you with a fresh face everyday, all day!
• what exactly does the honey do?
The honey I use is purely Tasmanian and all natural. To me, bees are so beautiful and I make sure that they’re taken care of and loved from my supplier. Honey contains natural antioxidants, antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties which helps to deeply penetrate the skin, bringing out all of your hidden impurities. By surfacing these problems you will be able to start healing and nourish fresh layers of skin!
Raw honey is also great for eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis.
• how can I use this?
If you suffer from nasty rashes, dermatitis, eczema or psoriasis, this product is perfect for you just as much as somebody wanting a natural face cleanser! Not only is it a great nourishing balm it can also be used as an ointment to help heal your skin. The antiseptic, antibacterial and anti inflammatory properties will help settle and Caen angry skin to give it the chance to heal. It’ll relive itchiness and stop you from wanting to scratch or pick. If you suffer oily skin this is a great balm to apply to your face day or night. The oatmeal inside will soak up excess oil, whilst the other nourishing ingredients will leave a protective, hydrating layer so you’re not left feeling extra dry! It’s also a great night balm if you like going to bed with a clean, cleansed face so you don’t clog your skin with any unwanted dirt or makeup. Clean skin whilst sleeping is super important!
