Stephanie attended college in Phoenix majoring in Interior and Architectural Design where she earned her Bachelors of Art Degree and co-owned a boutique residential home design and remodel business. An opportunity in Real Estate presented itself and the rest is history! Stephanie is now a top producing Arizona REALTOR, co-host to Socially Modern a top 30 ranked podcast on Apple and founder of Socially Modern Collective.

Socially Modern Collective is a nationwide real estate collective brokered by eXp that helps other female real estate agents build sustainable and successful businesses alongside the Collective utilizing its strategies and tools!

When Stephanie began in Real Estate, social media marketing was a tool she took to immediately to scale her real estate business and offer her clients the best exposure possible. Now she’s sharing her knowledge with other like minded real estate agents across the nation who have linked arms with the Collective to grow their personal brands and businesses too.

Stephanie has called the East Valley home since she was a child, prior to that having lived in Utah, Oregon and her home state Montana! Stephanie married an Arizona Native becoming a bonus mom to Capri and together they have two children. Scarlett and Chase Jr. - the two youngest are homeschooled by Stephanie and you’ll regularly find homeschool and entrepreneurship tips within her content!
